Frequently asked questions

Are the bags printed?

No. All our canvas bags are plain, with no printing or branding, so you can decorate them your way.

Which paint works on canvas bags?

Fabric paint or acrylic paint mixed with a fabric medium works best. Heat-set the design with an iron once it is dry so it survives washing.

Can I wash a painted canvas bag?

Yes. Hand wash it inside out in cold water after the paint has been heat-set, and dry it in the shade.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, to every state, with free shipping on prepaid orders.

What if a bag arrives damaged?

Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with a continuous unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our refund policy.
