Drawstring Bags in Bulk for Schools, Events and Sports Days

A plain canvas drawstring backpack is one of the most useful items you can hand out at a school or event. Children use it for shoes or lunch, adults use it at the gym, and the flat front panel is easy to decorate.

Where they work well

• Sports days and marathons: a kit bag for bib, water bottle and snacks
• Summer camps: each child decorates their own on day one
• School annual days: a keepsake for performers
• Conferences and college fests: delegate kits
• NGO and CSR drives: a reusable bag for books and supplies

How many to order

Count participants, then add 5–10% for late registrations, damaged items and staff. For 200 students, order 220.

Adding a school or event name

• use block or rubber stamps, or
• give the bags to a local screen printer.

Our guide to screen and block printing on canvas explains each method.
